Disneyland - September 2012

One of our favorite family traditions is to go to Disneyland every September. We have been going since Hunter was about 5 years old. This year was no exception and we had a blast. Kyle, Allyson and the girls came with us and even though it was 100 degrees or hotter, we still had a blast!

I'm Just Saying...

For as long as I can remember, I have heard the saying "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it!" There are times especially in difficult times that the saying rang hollow with me. I found this one recently and loved it so much because it resonated with me and fills me with hope.

Blog Catch-Up

Today I have spent the better part of the afternoon catching up our family blog - so of the posts are out of order but I feel very accomplished none the less. I have more to upload as well but this is a very good start.

Hunter's Eagle Court of Honor

Six Young Men from the Power Ranch 2nd Ward were awarded their Eagle Scout ranks in the largest Court of Honor in San Tan Stake. Hunter was one of those YM and we couldn't be prouder. So many friends and family came to show their love and support to Hunter. Thank you to all those who not only came last night but helped him along this journey. We love and appreciate you very much!

McKay Denham Hadlock

McKay Denham Hadlock was born on July 4, 2012. He joins Colter and Lily and already made a very special place in our hearts.

Look who's 2!!

Peyton turned 2 in August and how much fun is she now. She is learning to do so many things but the most fun thing is to hear her learning to talk. We love walking into a room and seeing her light up. She LOVES Hunter, Hayden and Bryson and wants to play with them constantly.

We hope Pey-Pey had a great birthday!!

I Hope They Call Me On A Mission...

Hunter, Hayden, Bryson and Cody have been friends since we moved into Power Ranch 6 years ago. Cody has spent probably as much time at our house as his own over the past 2 years. In April, Cody left to serves a full time mission to the Birmingham, England area. We were so honored that Cody asked us to be a part of his setting apart and other related events. We are so excited for him even though we will miss him very much!

Chloe Turns 7!!

How fun is she!?! We just love Chloe and like I have said before, she looks at the boys like her brothers instead of cousins. And guess what - she is already 7!! We missed her very special day because we were in Disneyland but we partied that weekend and had a blast!! We love Chloe and wanted to wish her the happiest birthday ever!!
